Acceptance of Terms

Using this site — reading articles, submitting a contact form, navigating between pages — means agreeing to these terms. The agreement starts on the first page load and applies for the duration of the visit and any future visits.
If any part of these terms is unacceptable, the correct response is to stop using the site. Continued use after reading these terms constitutes acceptance. This applies to all visitors, whether first-time or returning.
These terms work alongside the privacy policy published separately on this site. Together they form the complete set of rules governing the relationship between this site and its visitors.
Changes to These Terms
Terms may be updated. When that happens, the new version replaces the previous one on this page. A date of last update is noted at the top of the document when changes are made.
Continuing to use the site after an update means accepting the updated terms. Major changes may be noted on the homepage or through the contact list for users who have previously communicated with the editorial team, but this is not guaranteed for every update. Checking this page periodically is the visitor’s responsibility.
Permitted Use of Content
Articles, guides, explanations, and any other original content published on this site belong to the site or to the authors who created it. Where third-party material is used with attribution, it remains the property of the original creator.
Short quotations with clear source attribution are permitted. A sentence or two, with a link back to the original article, falls within standard practice. Full reproduction of articles, even with attribution, does not.
What is not permitted without prior written agreement:
- Requests for republication rights can be submitted through the contact form. Approval depends on the context, the intended use, and the attribution offered.
- Copying entire articles or substantial portions for publication elsewhere. Automated scraping, crawling, or data extraction using bots or scripts. Reproducing content to populate other websites, databases, apps, or AI training datasets. Translating articles for republication on another domain.
- Saving an article for personal reference or sharing a link with someone else is fine. The restrictions apply to commercial use, bulk extraction, and republication. The distinction is between reading and redistributing.
Prohibited User Actions
The site is designed for reading. Certain uses fall outside that purpose and are explicitly prohibited.
Using the site to impersonate official Mines support. No visitor should represent themselves to others as being affiliated with this site’s editorial team in any capacity that implies access to platform systems, user accounts, or financial operations.
Collecting personal data from other users. The site does not host user accounts or forums, but any attempt to extract contact details, usage patterns, or behavioural data from other visitors through any means is prohibited.
Promoting external platforms, affiliate links, or third-party gambling services through the contact form, through any interactive element on the site, or through any communication channel associated with the site.

Distributing guaranteed “winning strategies” for Mines or any other game through channels associated with this site. The game operates on a 1% house edge with provably fair random outcomes. No strategy can guarantee profit. Representing otherwise is misleading and prohibited.
Attempting to access administrative systems, backend infrastructure, analytics dashboards, or any non-public area of the site. Standard visitors interact with the published pages only.
Using the site as a channel for fraud, phishing, social engineering, or any activity designed to deceive other users or third parties.
Limitation of Liability
The site publishes information. Visitors decide what to do with it. The space between those two points is where liability sits, and it sits on the visitor’s side.
Decisions made on external platforms. If a visitor reads an article about Mines multiplier math and then plays the game on a third-party platform, the outcomes of that play — wins, losses, account actions, technical issues — are between the visitor and the platform. This site has no involvement in those outcomes and no ability to influence them.

Financial losses. The site does not process bets, handle funds, or participate in any financial transaction. Losses incurred on any gaming platform are the responsibility of the platform operator and the player. Not this site.
Account actions by third parties. If a platform suspends, restricts, or closes a visitor’s account, the site has no role in that decision, no information about the reasons, and no ability to intervene.
Technical issues on external platforms. Downtime, lag, dropped connections, delayed payouts, or any other technical problem on a gaming platform is that platform’s responsibility. The site may describe how such issues generally work in an article, but the description creates no obligation to resolve the actual issue.
Accuracy of content. Articles are written and reviewed carefully. Even so, the site does not guarantee that every detail will be accurate at every moment after publication. Casino platforms change their interfaces, terms, and regional policies. An article that was accurate at the time of writing may not reflect the current state of a platform weeks or months later. Visitors making decisions that depend on precision should verify information directly with the platform in question.
Interruptions to this site. The site runs on standard hosting infrastructure. Downtime, loading failures, form submission errors, and other technical issues can occur. The site does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and is not liable for any inconvenience caused by periods when pages fail to load.
Third-party links. The site contains links to external resources, including gaming platforms. Clicking a link transfers the visitor to a domain operated by a third party. That third party’s terms, privacy practices, and content standards may differ from this site’s. This site does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for external destinations.
Governing Principles
These terms are guided by principles of fairness, transparency, and minimal data collection. The site aims to be useful without being intrusive, informative without being promotional, and honest about the limits of what an independent information resource can do.
Disputes related to the use of this site should be directed to the editorial team through the contact form in the first instance. The team will make reasonable efforts to address concerns and resolve disagreements informally.
Effective Date
These terms are effective as of the date shown at the top of this page. Prior versions are superseded in full.
